Most roofs don’t fail all at once. They fail in one spot: a lifted shingle, a cracked vent boot, flashing that has worked loose at a wall or chimney. Repair that spot properly and the roof often has years of life left.
That’s what a good repair is about. We don’t just cover the visible damage. We trace the problem back to its source, replace what’s actually broken, and seal it so it sheds water the way the rest of the roof does.
We repair asphalt shingle roofs and flat roofs across our New York service area, from NYC and Long Island to Westchester, Rockland and the Hudson Valley. Common repairs include:
- Replacing missing, cracked or wind-lifted shingles
- Repairing or replacing step flashing, valley flashing and drip edge
- Replacing worn pipe boots and roof vents
- Replacing rotted or damaged plywood decking under the shingles
- Ridge cap and ridge vent repairs

Signs your roof needs a repair
Water stains or drips
Brown rings on a ceiling or wet insulation in the attic usually mean water is getting past the roof somewhere above.
Missing or lifted shingles
Wind can tear shingles off or break the seal that holds them flat, leaving the underlayment exposed.
Loose flashing or vent boots
Metal flashing at walls, valleys and chimneys, and the rubber boots around pipes, are common leak points as they age.
Soft spots or sagging
A spongy feel or a dip in the roof line can point to damp or damaged decking under the shingles.

You get a clear explanation of the cause and a free estimate. If the roof is near the end of its life, we'll tell you that too.

Repair the right way
Damaged shingles, flashing, vent boots or decking are replaced and sealed so the repair blends in and sheds water like the rest of the roof.

Clean up
Old materials and nails are cleared away before we leave.

Can you match my existing shingles?
We match color and style as closely as available materials allow. On older roofs an exact match isn't always possible, and we'll show you the closest option before we start.
Is it worth repairing an older roof?
Often, yes. A single leak around a vent or a few missing shingles is usually a repair. If we see widespread wear, brittle shingles or several problem areas, we'll explain why replacement may cost less over time.
Do you repair flat roofs too?
