This policy explains what information AAA Apex Construction (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, ZIP code and county, the service you’re interested in, how urgent it is, any notes, and any photos you choose to upload. If you claimed a deal, we receive the deal code.
We don’t sell your personal information.
Estimate requests are sent to us by email through an email delivery provider (Resend). The provider processes the message only to deliver it to us.
This website uses Google Tag Manager, which may load Google Analytics and Google Ads tags. These tools use cookies or similar technology to measure visits and to tell us when an estimate request was submitted after someone clicked one of our ads. Google’s use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can limit ad personalization at Google Ad Settings and block cookies in your browser settings.
While you fill out the estimate form, your answers (not your photos) are saved in your browser’s session storage so they aren’t lost if you go back a step. They’re cleared when you send the request or close the tab.
We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations.

This website is intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
